The original materials on this study were originally created by the Baha'i Publishing Trust in 1974. This text identifies the conduct standards expected of followers as identified in the Baha'i Scriptures. The intention of this study is to impress upon the learner, the importance of aligning one's behavior and conduct to a divine standard. Throughout this text, "Virtues" is a term frequently used. Virtues are those character-qualities that are identified in personal conduct/behavior and are responsible for positive social cohesion.
There are 15 sections of the text covering statements and guidance on the practical applications involving the life of a Baha'i. Each section will have preliminary materials for review before the section text is read and studied. After completing the reading of the section text, a suggested self-assessment is available to further deepen on the section's subject matter.
